How long does it take for my order to ship?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

Are Face Reality products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated with high-quality, non-comedogenic ingredients designed to be effective yet gentle. However, we always recommend a patch test or consulting with a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist before starting a new regimen.

Do you offer international shipping?
